What Is Bowspring?

Bowspring is an evolution of yoga. The foundation of Bowspring is the optimal alignment for the human body. Bowspring focuses on the natural curves of the spine, engaging muscle to create uniform tone, and teaching students ideal postures for everyday movement, such as, sitting, standing, and walking.

Bowspring is taught in a  format similar to yoga class. It is applicable to everybody from the desk - bound worker to the professional athlete:

  • Students with "age - related" injuries find it beneficial to decrease pain, increase flexibility, and delay further degeneration of the body.

  • Athletes experience an increase in performance and a decrease in repetitive injury.

  • The average practitioner benefits from improvements in agility and strength and decreased physical and mental stress.
